It includes a 12.08-inch chopping knife, 11.73-inch multi-purpose knife, 11.14-inch butcher knife, 10.59-inch boning knife, 10.59-inch dividing knife, 10.43-inch hook knife, and 1 professional sharpening rod.

This set comes with a professional sharpening rod as standard, but does not include a knife block or individual sheaths. We recommend using it with MDHAND's special knife roll bag.

The handles are made of natural walnut wood, fixed with pure copper rivets, with a warm texture and strong durability.

The blade and handle core are forged from a single piece of steel with no welding points, so they will not break or fall off during use, with higher structural strength.

The blades are forged from high-quality high carbon stainless steel, combining high hardness, high toughness and good rust resistance.

After professional quenching treatment, the hardness reaches HRC 56-58, with long-lasting sharpness and resistance to chipping and rolling.

Hand forging makes the steel denser and internal stress more uniform, resulting in sharper and more durable blades, with unique patterns on each knife.

High carbon stainless steel itself has good rust resistance. Combined with the surface forging texture and anti-rust treatment, it is not easy to rust under normal use.

Under normal household use, the sharpness can last for 3-4 months. Regular honing with the included sharpening rod can extend the service life.

Clean and dry immediately after each use, avoid prolonged contact with water and acidic foods; when not in use for a long time, apply a thin layer of oil on the blade surface for protection.
