Le seul inconvénient est que le sac de rangement inclus est un peu fragile, les emplacements ne maintiennent pas les couteaux très bien en place, et je crains qu'ils ne tombent lors du transport. J'ai fini par acheter une mallette de rangement séparée, mais les couteaux eux-mêmes méritent 5 étoiles !
