J'adore le tranchant absolument parfait de ces couteaux - je suis quelqu'un de très exigeant, et ils dépassent toutes mes attentes. Ils se tiennent parfaitement en main, et la prise en main est vraiment confortable. Mon seul petit reproche concerne la pochette de rangement, qui ne me convient pas tout à fait, mais bien évidemment, ce n'est pas avec la pochette que je cuisine, donc ce n'est pas un problème majeur. À part ça, c'est impeccable. Je les aiguise à la pierre chaque dimanche pour une utilisation quotidienne, puis je les huile avec une huile douce pour les conserver en parfait état.
