    The knife sheaths are made of high-quality leather with reinforced edges. They effectively protect the blades and prevent accidental cuts, ensuring long service life.

    The knives are crafted from high-carbon Japanese stainless steel with high carbon content. Special heat treatment gives them both exceptional hardness and excellent toughness.

    Yes, each knife is handcrafted by blacksmiths with over 10 years of experience. It goes through more than 100 processes including high-temperature forging, quenching, cooling, shaping and hand polishing.

    Nitrogen cooling is an advanced heat treatment process that rapidly cools steel in a nitrogen environment. It significantly increases blade hardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance while maintaining good toughness, reducing the risk of chipping.

    Using a wet double-sided sharpening process, the blade angle is approximately 15-20 degrees, balancing sharpness and durability for cutting various ingredients.

    The handle is made of high-quality solid wood with waterproof and wear-resistant treatment. It has a smooth surface with unique wood grain, providing a comfortable and non-slip grip.

    The 90-degree polished spine has a mirror-smooth surface that effectively reduces friction against fingers during use, improving grip comfort.

    Before first use, wash the knives with warm water and mild detergent, dry thoroughly, apply a thin layer of cooking oil to the blade surface, and let it sit for 24 hours. This effectively improves rust resistance.

    After cleaning and drying thoroughly, apply a thicker layer of cooking oil to the blade surface, insert into the corresponding sheath, and store in a dry, well-ventilated place out of reach of children.
