Warranty Period

· Kitchen knives & kitchenware: 12-month limited warranty

· Electric home appliances: 18–24-month limited warrantyWarranty starts from the date you receive your Mdhand product.

Warranty Coverage

This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under normal household kitchen use. We offer repair, replacement or full refund for qualified defective items.

Warranty Exclusions

· Accidental drop, scratch, misuse, water damage or improper storage.

· Unauthorized disassembly, modification or self-repair.

· Normal wear of knife edges, surface scratches and aging from daily use.

· Commercial kitchen use, industrial overuse or damage from natural disasters.

· Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers.

Warranty Claim Process

1. Contact Mdhand support with your order number, product model and defect photos or videos.

2. Obtain RMA return authorization from our team.

3. Return the item as instructed.

4. After inspection, we will arrange replacement or refund accordingly.

Non-Transferable

This warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.
