Return Eligibility

Return requests can be submitted within 30 calendar days after you receive your Mdhand kitchen knife or home appliance.

Items must be unused, kept in original packaging, with all accessories, labels and boxes intact.

Damaged, defective or faulty products due to manufacturing quality qualify for free replacement or full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Clearance products, customized kitchen tools and disposable accessories are non-returnable unless defective upon arrival.

Return Process

1. Contact Mdhand customer support to submit a return request.

2. Wait for our official return authorization number and shipping instructions.

3. Send back the item following our guidelines.

4. We will inspect the product and arrange refund or replacement after confirmation.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing time depends on your bank and payment provider.

Return Shipping Fee

· Quality defective items: Mdhand covers return shipping cost.

· Voluntary customer returns: return shipping fee is borne by the buyer.
